All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment, however delivery times can vary depending on your location. Standard shipping can take 2-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Seeing that most orders are processed the same day that they are received, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted, so please be sure to review your order carefully before it is submitted.

Shipping Costs

Canada Post Expedited shipping is free within Canada if your order is over $69 before tax. Shipping rates for orders under $69 and for orders being sent outside of Canada are determined at checkout and based on standard shipping fees. Please note that we only ship within Canada and the United States. If you are interested in ordering any of our products outside of Canada or the US, please contact our customer service team at info@pleasuresntreasures.com.

How do you ship?

We ship via Canada Post, Purolator and Canpar. Keep in mind that Purolator does not ship to PO boxes, so any address containing a PO box must be shipped via Canada Post. You will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email from our carrier the day that your order is shipped. All products are shipped within 24-48 hours as long as it is in stock, and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Discreet shipping within Canada:

All orders fulfilled by Pleasures N’ Treasures are sent in discreet boxes or bags with no mention of the company name or what is inside.

Discreet shipping to the United States:

Due to customs, we may be obliged to indicate what is in the parcel depending on the destination of the order. Please keep this in mind while placing your order.

Lost and damaged parcels

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels, and all claims must be sent in directly to the carrier responsible for handling the delivery of your item.
