Product Spotlight: Nobü Kegels

Kegel Balls (or Ben Wa Balls) are toys intended for women and people with vaginas to help you exercise your pelvic floor. These weighted balls often come in pairs with a chord. Simply squeeze your pelvic floor muscles around the balls to keep them inside of you, and you can go about the rest of your day.

How to use Kegel Balls

  1. Thoroughly clean your hands with soap and water. Also be sure to clean your Kegel Balls with toy cleaner.
  2. Lay back and get comfortable. Spreading your legs  is generally the easiest position to insert the balls.
  3. Apply a generous amount of water-based lube to the balls and to the vaginal opening to ensure easier insertion.
  4. Gently begin to insert the balls one at a time into your vagina. Balls that come in pairs are often connected by a chord which should also be inserted. Only go as far as you’re comfortable with, if you feel discomfort or pain, remove them and consult your healthcare professional. If your Kegel Balls come with a retrieval loop or string, this should hang outside of your vagina to ensure easy removal.
  5. Gently squeeze your pelvic floor muscles to keep the balls in place.

Benefits of using Kegel Balls

  • Exercise your pelvic floor
  • Strengthen the pelvic muscles
  • Improve your overall vaginal health
  • Reduce the risk of pelvic organ prolapse
  • Fight urinary stress incontinence
  • Particularly helpful if you’re post-partem

Choose from the Kiki, Kali, Kio Tö or KG2 to start your journey towards stronger pelvic muscles!

Nobü Kiki Kegel Training Kit

Kiki is one of Nobü’s newer Kegel Ball sets! It comes with 5 interchangeable weights (21g, 25g, 28g, 33g, 38g) that are all made of silky silicone that’s soft to the touch. Since you can pick and choose which weight combination is right for you, this cutie is a great choice for beginners. If you’re new to Kegel training then it’s suggested to use the smaller weights and gradually work your way up to a heavier combination.

Nobü Kali Weighted Kegels

Kali is another new addition to Nobü’s collection. With two silky soft Kegel Balls, exercising those pelvic floor muscles has never been easier! Thanks to its long retrieval chord, inserting and removing these Kegel Balls is super handy for anyone who uses them. Working that pelvic floor has never looked this cute.

Nobü KG2 Silicone Kegel Balls

KG2 is a Kegel Ball set with 4 interchangeable weights (18g, 31g, and 2 x 58g balls). Not only do the multiple different balls allow for a variety of combinations, but this set also comes with 2 different sleeves, meaning that you can gradually increase the difficulty of your Kegel exercises. If variety is the spice of life, KG2 is the spice of Kegel Balls.

Nobü Kio Tö Silicone Kegel Balls

Kio Tö is your classic Kegel Balls, with soft-touch weights and a luxurious feel. Out of all of the Kegel Balls in their collection, Nobü’s Kio Tö is the heaviest at 65g, making it the most suitable for more experienced users. However, if you’re a Kegel Ball beginner, try out the Kiki or KG2 before the Kio Tö.
